If an item installed by The Fix It Man stops working correctly and is still within the item's warranty period, contact The Fix It Man for help with getting the defective item replaced. If the installation of the item was faulty or contributed to the item's failure, The Fix It Man will not charge any fee for reinstalling the replacement item.
